These terms apply to your use of primefootwearshop.com, operated by Prime Step Footwear Pty Ltd (ACN 702 554 041, ABN 92 702 554 041) of Shop 3/31 Bowden Street, Harris Park NSW 2150. By using this website you accept these terms.
1. This is a showroom website, not an online shop
Prime Step Footwear is a physical retail store. This website exists to show our range, prices and store details. You cannot place an order, pay, or arrange delivery through this website. There is no cart, no checkout, no customer account and no shipping service. All purchases are made in person at our Harris Park store.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. A sale only occurs in store, when payment is accepted at our counter.
2. Products, prices and availability
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- Prices and stock counts shown on this site are indicative and are updated by staff. They may change without notice and can be out of date during trading hours.
- Product images on this website are illustrative. Colours, materials and styling of the actual item in store may differ.
- Brand names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. We stock genuine branded products as an independent retailer; we are not an agent of, or officially affiliated with, any brand.
- We may limit quantities, decline a sale, or correct a pricing error at the point of sale.
3. Holding stock
We can hold an item for up to 24 hours as a courtesy if you phone the store. Holds are not a binding sale and may lapse if not collected within that period.
4. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details of how to make a claim.
5. Use of this website
You may browse and print pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- copy, republish or resell our content, photographs or catalogue data for commercial purposes without written permission;
- use automated tools to harvest data from the site in a way that burdens our hosting;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its operation;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
